LET’S BE EPIC,

TOGETHER

Epic Immersive are masters of partnerships and cultural collaborations. We’ve partnered with scores of Mexican and Indigenous artists from Toltec, Maya, and Mexica ancestry to create multi-day adventures in Riviera Maya and a large-scale 4-hour immersive-experience-within-an-immersive-experience through Pre-Hispanic Central American civilizations in Quintessence of Dust. We teamed up with survivors of the Japanese-American internment camps who raised spirits in the concentration camps with live swing and jazz dance nights to tell their authentic, untold stories and even featured survivors in our own live Swingposium band as part of our long-term partnership and tour with San Jose Japantown’s famed San Jose Taiko, with whom we also mounted the neighborhood-wide Japantown Immersive civic festival. We’ve collaborated with Indian-American theatermakers on fictional Indian weddings, new storylines in our Epics, and retellings of The Ramayana. We worked with China’s Virtual Reality Experience innovators Sandman Studios on an all-new multilingual adaptation of a Chinese Alice of Wonderland featured Beijing Opera performers for Qingdao’s Sandbox Immersive Festival. And we hooked up with Houston’s own Rosewood Thievz to mash up Hip-Hop, The French Revolution, and Silicon Valley in Ancien Regime.

Transformative. I even had tears in my eyes feeling

so connected with my roots

It felt unreal. Immersion helps us grow as human beings.”
